Steel Anti static Flooring
Anti static raised flooring is made of standard steel cementitious raised floor, with different kinds of anti-static coverings on top, such as high pressure laminate (HPL), conductive PVC tile. There are conductive rubber trims on edge to protect the panels. The whole system includes raised floor, pedestals, stringer and other accessories if necessary.
Size: 600*600mm, 24”*24”
Materials: steel, cement
Installation: stringer system
Data center, computer room, control room, laboratory, post telegraph, power control center, workshop and places where require anti-static environment or have many wires.
- Excellent anti-static performance
- Flame retardant, anti-skid, anti-rust, anti-soil
- Mighty glue, strong wearability, non-bubble, non-degumming
- Class A flame spread and smoke development rating
- 24” / 610mm size panels are available
Edge trim types
There are different types of edge trim, such as trimless edge, “F” edge trim/smart edge trim, integral trim HPL, etc. In different kinds of environment and applications, different edge trims can make full use of their advantages.
The finished floor height(FFH) of the raised access floor, measured from the sub-floor to the top surface of the installed flooring system, shall be as shown in the contract drawings.
The raised floor will be with a safety factor of three times the concentrated (design) load, and is capable of meeting static and dynamic loads per CISCA Platform (Raised Access) Floors Performance Specification.
Installation & Maintenance
Why anti static flooring?
Static electricity not only causes random failures, malfunctions or calculation errors in the operation of the equipment room, but also causes breakdown and destruction of certain components, such as CMOS, MOS circuits, and two-stage circuits. In addition, static electricity is applied to external devices of the computer, so anti-static flooring can be very necessary for data center, serve room, computer rooms, etc.
Data center, serve rooms need to adapt different layouts with different users and lessees, traditional facilities always become obsolete due to wiring and wiring distribution problems created by organisational changes and advances in technology, so building designers and facility managers need to face the challenges of constantly changing space needs while keeping life-cycle costs down. In data centers, computer rooms and all places with large numbers of electronic devices, owners need to find a way to eliminate the harmful effect to all their devices, so their service life can be extended, at the same time, huge and complicated wiring is a big headache.
Anti static flooring systems can realize fast and easy installation, quick wire and cable changes, enhancing the ability to reconfigure the offices without disrupting power, voice and data services, as well as the air distribution systems. With anti-static materials on top, raised floor systems can effectly conduct static, distribute conditioned air.
