Material: Titan steel anti-static raised floor is made of high-quality alloy cold-rolled steel plates. Each piece of steel anti-static raised floor needs two steel plates as the basic material. Today we will introduce the whole steel raised floor production process.
Raised floor production process – steel plate cutting
1. Stretching
We call the bottom plate of steel anti-static raised floor as stretched plate which is made of good quality cold-rolled steel sheets. First, we should adjust the mold and stretch the plate.
2. Punching
After stretching the bottom plate of the steel anti-static raised floor, two steel plates need punching to prepare for the following grouting process.
3. Cutting
In order to produce standard steel anti-static raised floor, we need to cut the steel plates according to the required size.
4. Riveting, electrowelding
This production step is the critical step in the production process of steel anti-static raised floor. Weld the upper plate and the bottom plate together through the riveting and spot welding process. At this time, the steel anti-static raised floor shows it’s early form.
Surface treatment
5. Surface phosphating treatment
In order to form a phosphate anti-corrosive film on the surface, the steel floor needs high-temperature degreasing, cleaning, surface conditioning, phosphating, and re-cleaning processes. As a result, the corrosion resistance improves.
6. Drying
After cleaning, we need to dry the floor first in order to guarantee the later process.
7. Spraying
The next step is to spray the surface of the floor, which is a reliable guarantee for the anti-rust and anti-static properties of the floor.
8. Curing
The steel floor needs nessary curing after spraying to ensure the effect of last step.
Fill cement
9. Grouting
Then, fill the floor with foam cement. After spraying and sealing the floor with foam cement, it can ensure the strength, density, and uniformity. It can improve the overall load-bearing capacity of the floor. Normally, the worker should let the floor stand for 3 days.
Raised floor production process – stick finish
10.Veneering
The surface is stuck with high-pressure laminate (HPL) or conductive PVC tile. In order to ensure uniform adhesive layer and firm bonding, TitanFlor adopts automatic glue spraying equipment and automatic rolling process of mechanical equipment for veneer work.
11. Injection molding or winding
According to the finish types, some need install or inject conductive edge strips around the steel anti-static raised floor. After cleaning the surface, the production of steel anti-static raised floor is completed.
Each steps need quality inspection to ensure the products.
