HPL is the common veneer of the anti-static raised floor industry. It’s easy to maintain during usage. It has the excellent characteristics of wear-resisting, high-temperature resistance, cleaning resistance, anti-permeability, dustproof, shockproof, anti-fire, not easy to scratch, colorful, bright, and flat. We often use it in computer rooms, laboratories, colleges, data centers, monitor rooms, and other areas requiring an anti-static environment or clean areas. We can also use it as decoration materials indoor and outdoor.
PVC is another common veneer of anti-static raised floor. It has the characteristics of abrasion resistance, long-lasting anti-static, aging resistance, and low dust. We use it in electronic plants, clean workshops, microelectronics plants, control rooms, clean rooms, and other places where require anti-static.
Ceramic veneer has wear resistance, corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, mirror effect, anti-static, no radiation, anti-aging, pollution resistance, strong bearing capacity, vital decoration, and other characteristics. The most important is it’s economical and durable. However, we should pay attention to prevent heavy objects from smashing, because it’s easy to broken.
Selection of HPL and PVC veneers
There is a significant difference in climate between the north and south of our country. So the temperature and humidity in the computer room in north China can not match the national technical standards and specifications. The relative dryness in the environment is too high, and the HPL veneer shrinks rapidly, causing swelling and cracking. Therefore, north China usually uses PVC anti-static raised floor, while south China uses HPL veneer, which has better stability and is not easy to break. Whether south China uses PVC or HPL, we can customize it according to the temperature in the computer room, the host, and auxiliary equipment.
